Rates and offline estimates

A refresh asks Frankfurter for the latest available reference-rate data for the selected currency codes. The amount itself is converted locally.

If a covered snapshot is on the iPhone, Currency DJ can continue estimating without a connection. Cached rates are marked stale at 14 days and should be refreshed before being treated as current.

Free limits and manual refresh

The Free plan includes 10 counted conversion signatures per local calendar day. Immediate duplicate signatures do not consume another count.

Free includes one manual refresh attempt per 24 hours. Pro uses a 30-second manual-refresh cooldown. A failed request still starts the applicable interval.

Favorites and Pro

Free keeps six default favorites: USD, JPY, EUR, GBP, CAD, and MXN. Pro can customize up to 24 favorites and adds premium wheel styles, advanced haptics, magnetic snapping, and expanded offline preparation.

Use Restore Purchases on the paywall or Settings screen when a prior entitlement is not visible. Current product availability and prices are shown by the App Store.

Accessibility and appearance

Currency DJ supports VoiceOver adjustment on the wheel, Reduced Motion, haptic preferences, compact-number formatting, and System, Light, or Dark appearance.

Privacy and contact

Currency DJ requires no account and excludes entered amounts and conversion results from rate requests and analytics. Limited pseudonymous Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics collection is enabled by default and can be turned off in Settings.
